Overhaul service
TACTIS Table, TACTIS Walk and TACTIS 100 require regular overhauling because of many mechanical parts inside the products. We recommend overhaul once a year. Overhaul service includes the following services.
- Inspection of all internal mechanical parts
- Replacement of worn or broken parts
- Applying lubricant to friction parts
- Battery status check and replacement
- Update to the latest version firmware
Repair service
If the product breaks down or faulty, please send it to our service center for repair. If the product malfunctions within one year after the product is purchased, it will be repaired free of charge, but the repair cost will be charged for any malfunction caused by mis-handling by user.
We have a stock of all parts that can be replaced so that there is no problem in using the product, and we are building a system to repair and deliver them in the shortest amount of time.
